The Health Retreat admits persons suffering from applicable medical conditions able to provide self-service.
The Retreat admits children no younger than 5 y.o.
Upon admission the guests shall provide:
- passport
- clinical document (form No. 072/o)
- for the child: birth certificate and the document that certifies the absence of contact with contagious patients (epidemiologic environment)
